OV2640, OV7725 breakout for ESP32 DevKit-C

Simple breakout board to connect OV7725, OV2640, or another pinout-compatible camera module to ESP32 Devkit-C. Includes footprints for SD card slot (on ESP32 pins 12,13,14,15), LED (on pin 23), and a few decoupling caps.

Devkit-C and camera can be soldered directly to the breakout, or connected via 2.54mm female headers.

Note: the schematics mistakenly has camera power down pin pulled up. It has to be pulled down instead, for normal operation.
Workaround: instead of populating R1, connect a wire from R1's pad to a GND pin.
